Location is just fine: we were especially willing to stay in Asian side of Istanbul. Next to metro(will have to switch 4 lines, but all clear and good) and bus stations (goes to various interesting places, as well as boat port like metro). Newly arranged room and furniture. Small grocery shops, cafeterias,bakeries,coffee shops are just next to hotel.Very good internet - was needed for remote work, so no problems at all. They respect your privacy - ask if you need cleaning or any supplys. Perfectly fits for having a place to sleep with no unnecessary extras.

„All the staff is top - notch , available 24/7 , and very accommodating , whether you have problems with Western Union or just want to know where to eat well . The location can't be beaten . I will be there again soon and can recommend it to everyone . I am getting my teeth done there myself . From taxi drivers to food wishes , everyone is more than friendly . I would go back anytime . "

i checked into the hotel at night and it was open 24/7. The staff was very helpful and good. my room was clean and big. It was very cold in Istanbul but I didn't have any problems warming up thanks to the heater. After warming up I cooled off with air conditioning . Its location was very central . I will definitely come back again. Next time I hope the weather in Istanbul will be nice and I can stay for a long time

Small hotel near the Baglarbasi metro station with lots of local cheap restaurants nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money.

The room size was awesome! Bed was huge and comfortable, and despite the size the ac still kept the entire room cooled. And the staff! All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, and helpful!

The staff is really nice and helpful, they woke up at 5am to help me with the local airport taxi 3 times cheaper than Uber :) The room was great (and they upgraded it for free), it was on the 4th floor and through the window you could get directly to the rooftop to enjoy a beautiful Bosporus view. Didn't know about that before the booking!

staff was helpful and speak English well. First room was in the main street and it was noisy, I asked for changing the location and they were supportive and took my request in their perspective. there are good shops around hotel such as gas station and supermarket and some restaurants

Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is an excellent place to stay with a flexible location. The rooms were high quality, super clean and very comfortable. Service was also exceptional, as the front desk staff was really attentive, pleasant and always eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for any visitors and guests.
